MY FREAKING HOLOSUN EPS CARRY RETICLE STUCK - HELP!

Okay guys, We're having a major issue with the Holoson EPS Carry. The reticle is completely frozen. I've tried everything - taking it apart, cleaning 300blk vs 556 it, adjusting the settings, but nothing seems to work. It's like it's possessed. Has anyone else ever experienced this nightmare? Any tips on how to get it moving again would be greatly
